Your questions
The key questions.
Answered honestly. If yours is missing, write to us — you'll have a reply on the next working day.
But we already have a website.
Then we start with the free check and tell you what works and what doesn't. If it holds up, we'll say that too — and you've had an honest assessment for nothing.
That's too expensive for me.
Then let's turn the question around. We measure from day one what your online presence actually brings in: how many people found your site, how many of them booked an appointment, called or filled in the form, and which route they came through. Next to that sits what you paid us and what you paid in advertising.
Both are in your report every month, side by side, in euros. What a new patient is worth to your practice over the course of treatment, you know better than we do — that's what you weigh it against. After that it isn't a matter of feel any more, it's a sum you can follow yourself.
And if the sum doesn't work out, you'll see it in your report before we have to tell you. We prefer that to a client who doesn't know what they're paying for.
How quickly is the site online?
Once you have decided on our written proposal, we send you a questionnaire about your practice — treatments, team, opening hours, what makes your practice yours. You write in plain prose, the way you'd tell a patient; the wording is our job.
Once the completed questionnaire reaches us, it takes at most three days until the draft is ready, online booking included. We then go through the draft together, work in your changes, and after your approval the site goes live.
How long it takes overall therefore depends mostly on how quickly you get to the questionnaire.
I don't have time to look after this.
That's exactly what we're for. What we need from you: one phone call, one completed questionnaire, a few photos, your logins if you have them, and your approval before anything goes live. After that we get in touch when there's something to decide — not more often.
My nephew studies computer science, he'll do it.
He can probably build a site. The question is what happens afterwards.
On Saturday you realise the opening hours over the bank holidays are still wrong on the site. On Sunday a member of staff tells you she is leaving and has to come off the team page. Your nephew is in exam season, on holiday, or will get back to you when he has time.
With us that's settled: whatever arrives at the weekend gets a reply on the next working day. Not eventually, not when there happens to be time. On top of that comes the question of who updates the site in two years, who keeps the imprint up to date and who deals with it if the site ever goes down.
What about data protection?
Your site runs on a server in Germany, without cookies for visitors, without Google Fonts and without embedded maps or videos from third parties. In our assessment, that means no cookie banner is required — this is not binding legal advice. We provide a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR. If we embed an existing third-party system at your request, such as a Doctolib booking you already use, we agree with you beforehand what that means for your cookie notice and privacy policy.
For advertising on Google and Meta that naturally doesn't apply in the same way — what data flows there and what has to go into your privacy policy, we discuss before a single ad runs.
What happens to our existing email address?
It stays. If your mailboxes are with your current provider, we move only the website and leave the mail untouched. We settle that before the switch so that not a single message is lost on any day.
What if I want to stop again?
There are three safeguards, and they take effect one after another.
First: you pay nothing at all until your site is live. No deposit, no advance — if we don't manage it, you've paid nothing.
Second: in the first 30 days after launch you get back what you have paid us if you find it isn't for you.
Third: the minimum term is 12 months, after which you can cancel every 3 months. The domain is registered to your practice anyway, the site and all content belong to you, and we hand over everything you need to keep running it. The one exception to this handover is our online booking: because it needs ongoing support from us, it ends with the contract. At the end of the contract you receive your appointment data as an export; we then delete it on our side.
Why a 12-month minimum term?
Because nothing happens online in four weeks. A new site has to be classified by Google first, ads need data before they run well, and a Google profile grows over months. Anyone who stops after eight weeks has paid for the work and not waited for the result.
So that you aren't carrying the risk, you pay only from launch and have 30 days money back after that.
Who am I dealing with?
With Cedric Klewer. Prameda isn't an agency with project managers and changing contacts — you write to one address and get a reply from the same person.
Your question wasn't there?
Write to us. You'll have a reply on the next working day — including for messages sent at the weekend.
