Proposal
You get it in writing: what we would do, what it costs and when it's finished. No presentation, no persuasion — you read it in your own time and decide.
Step 3
Questionnaire and draft
We send you a questionnaire about your practice. From your answers we write the copy and build the draft, which we then go through together.
Step 4
Live and looked after
Once you approve it, the site goes live. After that: one report a month, changes at no extra cost, a reply on the next working day.
Timing
After the questionnaire it's three days at most.
That's the number that matters — and the one we commit to. Once your completed questionnaire reaches us, it takes at most three days until your draft is ready. Online booking included, English version included.
You fill in the questionnaire
Treatments, team, opening hours, what makes your practice yours. In plain prose, the way you'd tell a patient. The wording is our job.
We build the draft
Three days later at most you look at your draft — not a sketch, but the real site, which you can click through on your phone.
You approve, we go live
We work in your changes. Only when you're happy does the site go live — and only then do we send the first invoice.
How long it takes overall therefore depends mostly on how quickly you get to the questionnaire. In projects like this, most of the time is lost waiting, not building.
