A website that works for your practice.
Before patients call, they look at your website — usually on a phone, often in the evening. We make sure they find everything there: treatments, team, opening hours and the way to an appointment.
For dental, medical and therapy practices across Germany.
Understand it quickly.
Book quickly.
Convincing on a small screen
Large type, clear buttons, fast loading. We build every page for the phone first, then for the computer.
Everything important at a glance
Opening hours, directions, treatments and team — clearly laid out and easy to understand. New patients feel in good hands before their first visit.
From reading straight to an appointment
Call, book online or send an enquiry. On every page, the way to an appointment is one click away.
Everything included.
Nothing you have to deal with.
Treatments & team
A page for each treatment you offer, and a team section that shows who your patients will meet.
Online booking ↗
Our own booking tool is included in the price. If you already use Doctolib, we build that in.
Found on Google ↗
Clean technology, the right search terms for your area, and your Google profile linked to the site.
Imprint & privacy
The required details for health professions and a privacy policy that fits your site. We prepare both; the legal review stays with you or your lawyer. We load fonts from our own server.
Hosting & security
Servers in Germany, SSL encryption, updates and regular backups — all in the monthly price.
Changes at no extra cost
A new team member, holidays, new opening hours: you tell us, we update it. You get a reply on the next working day.
Your draft, at most three days after the questionnaire.
Free call
We get to know your practice: your focus, your patients, your team and what makes you different.
Proposal
You get in writing what we would do, what it costs and when it will be ready.
Questionnaire and draft
You fill in our questionnaire in your own words, and we write the copy for your patients from it. At most three days after your questionnaire reaches us, your draft is ready — on a phone and on a computer. We go through it together, and the site only goes live once you approve it. You bring photos; if there are no good ones, we tell you what matters.
Online and looked after
Your site goes live. Your domain and email addresses keep working without interruption.
About the practice website.
Who writes the copy?
We do — from what you tell us. You are the expert on your practice. So that your website really shows you and your work, we send you a questionnaire to fill in in your own words. We turn your answers into clear copy for your patients and pay attention to the special advertising rules for health professions. You approve everything before it goes live.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain is registered to your practice, and the copy, the images and the website itself belong to you. If you cancel, we hand over everything you need to keep running it. The one exception to this handover is our online booking: because it needs ongoing support from us, it ends with the contract. At the end of the contract you receive your appointment data as an export; we then delete it on our side.
I already have a website. Will I lose it?
No. You keep your domain, and we point it to the new site. We carry over the good content, and your email addresses keep working during the switch.
What does a practice website cost?
The website is included in every package — in the “Presence” tier for €200 a month (net, plus VAT, for businesses only), together with online booking. No set-up fee: you only pay once your site is online, and after that you have 30 days money back. Minimum term 12 months, then cancellable every 3 months. You'll find all tiers on the pricing page.
How good is my current website?
Our free website check shows you: we look at your site on a phone, on Google and for data protection, and send you a short assessment.
How should your practice come across online?
Tell us briefly about your practice. We'll get back to you on the next working day with a time for the free call.
