For dental, medical and therapy practices
We build your practice website, set up online appointment booking, run your advertising on Google and Meta and take care of hiring. Everything is run and looked after by us. You keep treating patients.

Appointments run through one line that is busy between eight and eleven. Whoever can't get through rarely tries a second time.
They call somewhere else.
The dental assistant position has been open for months. The advert is running, but nothing comes in — and every month it stays unfilled costs treatment time.
The chair stays empty.
None of these problems gets solved by you spending another hour on the website in the evening.
That's why we do it.
What's included
01

What you get from it: Whoever googles you sees a practice they'd trust with an appointment.
More on practice websites ↗02
Our own booking tool, built straight into your site. No commission, no listing next to your competitors, no second monthly invoice.
What you get from it: Appointments come in even when nobody at reception can pick up the phone.
More on online booking ↗03

What you get from it: You see in black and white what the advertising brings in.
More on advertising ↗04
A careers page that explains why someone would want to work with you, and ads that also reach people who aren't actively looking. Applications arrive with us.
What you get from it: You hold the interviews and decide. We handle the search before that.
More on recruitment ↗The difference
There are good programmes that teach you to run your own ads and maintain your own site. If you have the time for that, it's the right path. You don't — you have a full treatment schedule.

How to get started
20 minutes on the phone. We look at where your practice stands online and tell you honestly whether we can contribute anything.
You get it in writing: what we would do, what it costs and when it will be finished. No presentation, no persuasion.
You fill in a questionnaire in your own words, and we write the copy from it. Your draft is ready three days later at most.
The site only goes live once you approve it. After that: one report a month, changes at no extra cost, a reply on the next working day.
It's about what comes out of it. So we measure from day one what your online presence actually brings in — and put it on the table every month.
How many people found your site, how many booked an appointment, called or filled in the form — and which route they came through.
Our monthly fee and your ad spend, openly side by side. No lump sum nobody can account for.
What a new patient is worth to your practice, you know better than we do. With our numbers you can do the sum yourself — and decide for yourself whether it pays off.
Packages
All prices are net, plus VAT, for businesses only. Minimum term 12 months, then cancellable every 3 months. You pay the ad spend directly to Google and Meta.
Tier 1
For practices that are barely visible online and want a presence that matches the practice.
For practices needing patients
Tier 2
For practices that want to fill the diary and need to be found to do it.
Tier 3
For practices that also need to fill a position and aren't getting anywhere with it.
We look after every practice personally. That is why we only take on as many as we can look after well. If a quarter is full, you get a start date in the next one.
No advance, no deposit, no set-up fee. We build, you look, and the first invoice only comes when your site goes live.
If within the first 30 days after launch you decide it isn't for you, you get back what you have paid us.
Whatever happens: the domain is registered to your practice. The website, the copy and all content belong to you. If you cancel, we hand over everything you need to keep running it — you are never left facing a blank screen. The one exception to this handover is our online booking: because it needs ongoing support from us, it ends with the contract. At the end of the contract you receive your appointment data as an export; we then delete it on our side.
See our work
We are a young company. We will show client testimonials here once there are some — we won't invent any. Until then, you can judge our work for yourself: our example site is a complete practice website. The practice in it is invented and clearly marked as a sample; the work behind it is real.
Look at the “Directions” page in particular: step by step with pictures, from the bus stop to the doorbell. For older patients and for anyone coming for the first time, that's the difference between “I'll find it” and “I'd rather not call after all”.
And this page is ours too. It loads without a cookie banner and without third-party services.
Free website check
We look at your site on a phone, on Google and at the required details, and send you a short, clear assessment. On the required details we point things out — this is not legal advice. Free and without obligation — even if you book nothing afterwards.
Then we start with the free check and tell you what works and what doesn't. If it holds up, we'll say that too — and you've had an honest assessment for nothing.
Do the sum: what does a new patient bring your practice over the whole time they keep coming to you? Our monthly report shows how many enquiries and appointments came in through the site and the advertising. And if the sum doesn't work out, you'll see it in your report before we have to tell you.
That's exactly what we're for. What we need from you: one phone call, one completed questionnaire, a few photos and your approval before anything goes live. After that we get in touch when there's something to decide — not more often.
He can probably build a site. The question is what happens afterwards: who updates it in two years, who keeps the imprint up to date and who deals with it if the site ever goes down. With us, every message gets a reply on the next working day.
Your site runs without cookies for visitors, without Google Fonts and without embedded maps or videos from third parties. In our assessment, that means it needs no cookie banner — this is not legal advice. We provide you with a data processing agreement. For advertising on Google and Meta this doesn't apply in the same way — what data flows there, we discuss before a single ad runs.
Minimum term 12 months, then cancellable every 3 months. In the first 30 days after launch you get back what you have paid us. Domain, website and content belong to your practice, and we hand over everything you need to keep running it. The one exception to this handover is our online booking: because it needs ongoing support from us, it ends with the contract. At the end of the contract you receive your appointment data as an export; we then delete it on our side.
Once your completed questionnaire reaches us, your draft is ready within three days at most — with online appointment booking. We go through it together, work in your changes, and after your approval the site goes live.
Free call
20 minutes on the phone, free, no obligation. If we can't contribute anything, we'll say so — and you'll still have an assessment of your site.
We take on at most seven new practices per quarter, so that each one is looked after personally.
